i go back home to hawaii once or twice every year... i was there earlier this year... and i have failed to yet go back again... i am actually planning on going to New Zealand to visit family later in January 2010.
Marceilles France... wow... :) i need to get more international... lately i've only been traveling in the states... when i was younger i was international... hahaha... going to Australia, New Zealand, Western & American Samoa, Papette & Moorea Tahiti... but that was back when there was no recession and everything was a bit cheaper... hahaha...
Hawaii is a place you'll love... i'm telling you, other than the scenery and food... the culture and the people will get you! :)

Damn I need to hit Hawaii...sooooo....are MOST of the Hawaiian women carrying that extra baggage like one of the images in your album? image
I've never been to NZ, but my boy just got back from there. Pictures were beautiful.
Sounds like some places on your list, I need to visit, ASAP. I'm going to chill here for a bit (soccer world cup and all in 2010), then possibly hit Europe in 2011. My boy has his family out there with a house laced for all our needs lol...then we can just take one of the family cars and take a tour.

lol... *deletes photos* hahaha... j/k ;)

yeah, NY is one of the places i want to go to soon... my favorite place to travel to would have to be back home... Honolulu, Hawaii... life out there is so mellow and laid back... no hatred... no racism... just a whole bunch of people that really do believe in "showing love..." as we say in hawaiian... we believe in the saying "ua mau kea ea o ka aina i kapono" (the life and land lived in righteousness) second to that, i love to Auckland New Zealand :)

and you? what's your favorite place to visit?

i would ask for pics... but then again, i don't want to sound like all these NT men... lol. i'm sure it's beautiful out there... that's one of the places that i want to visit... a cousin of mine traveled there a couple years back and she showed me pics and vids of SA... i think it's beautiful. (it's one of the places on my bucket list above...lol)
the slow life is more of my pace... i mean dont get me wrong, i do love Cali & Hawaii... but all this fast pace lifestyle is just not...well... my style... i like living life each minute of the hour... moving too fast will only leave me in regret... if that makes sense...
but yes, i concur... if time permits, i will be on the shores of SA... someday...one day... under the pale moon light...lmao.
if anything, i would want to see your luxurious apt... (not in that way...lol) paying $1410 for a 1bdrm/1ba is not even the business... lol. but hey, whatever works right?

I'll upload a photo in a bit and PM it to you, I'm just in the middle of cooking...
Do you travel a lot? Where have you been and where's your favorite city?

yeah... i hold some significance here... but i still feel like im underpaid... $27/hr is cool... for my age... but i have high hopes and big dreams to make more... but whatever~ im thankful for what i have... how are things in SA? how's the living out there?

I can't lie. Living out here is great. Luxurious living is far more affordable compared to the US. The apartments that myself and my friends live in would cost a FORTUNE in Cali or NY or MIA compared to what we're paying out here. Cause I live near the ocean everything moves a little slower (a bit annoying to be honest), everyone's infatuated with wrapping up early for drinks at the beach in summertime lol....
You should honestly come visit this side of the world during December, it really is an amazing experience...It's absolutely nothing like what people show on Discovery channel...

the work week is coming along fine... just a whole bunch of software updates and program trainings... omg... i was in a database training yesterday because my company wants to upgrade to using this particular database to compile reports... *sigh* let's just say my brain is in complete data, numbers, stats, blah blah blah overload!!! =(
but it's cool.. i'll survive... i wish they could've sent another person with me just so i could have someone to brainstorm with and figure this database out with... but NOPE... they sent me by myself...
anyways enough about me... how are you? how are things on your side? anything new?

i'll add you on twitter :)

My week was good, I just got back from a birthday celebration, made some contacts. I have a meeting tomorrow to pitch a concept for an online marketing campaign for a local fashion company that's developing here in SA. Then on top of that I just got the word that a board of financiers wants to receive my proposal and meet with me for a feature film I want to produce...I'll just say today was a good week lol...
*looks on twitter and see's no addition to the list* -_-
